Can IjjI take more money then what they need to?

Let's say i'm buying ijji-coins in 30$ and i give then my credit card and yada yada yada and in that account (of the credit card) there is more then just 30$ so i don't know what to do cuz they can Easly do it

any ideas?

Not unless your exchange rate is different.

Example:

100 ijji coin = $10.00 American.

$10.00 American is probably around $15.00 Canadian.

Me, being Canadian, would be charged $15.00 Canadian, instead of $10.00 American.
