Error buying prems

every time i try to do it it tells me this

even tho i checked it all wrote it all in many times and even changed my email to match my paypal acc and my ijji account wtf is wrong with paypal saying that i have wrong info

plz help really want to buy prems

ok i think i will try DSchang as well because i have emailed ijji help desk and they never responded to my email yet and its been about 1 month
