What do i need to increase my FPS in gunz?

Well i got a ****ty laptop, but i wanna be able to play gunz on it,,

What do i need to increase my fps, and get rid of the screen lag, its not the best laptop but i wanna be able to play gunz on it,

i got told i may need to update my drivers or w,e

bur ive been told need a new gfx card,

what can i do ??
