So I can no longer use a balled mouse. . . for now atleast (My dog ate the ball). So I'm debating on which mouse to get. I have difficulty with optical mouse ( Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 )since I'm not used to it. Is it a big change from a balled mouse to a optical mouse? Also, I don't want anything fancy but the Razer DeathAdder has caught my attention. Is there any feedback on this mouse?

Three options:
-> buy another balled mouse
->Razer DeathAdder
->$10-$50 other mouse [ suggest in post ]

Yeah get a wired mouse. I don't like that wireless crap.

My mouse is fine, I have a Microsoft- IntelliMouse and I have no problems with it

no wireless, no ball mouse other than that try to get a somewhat decent one doesn't need to be special dpi wise or anything of the sort considering i can hit full shots with a mouse that came with comp!

though sometimes it doesnt always respond ive used some basic mice and they work just fine dont need to spend a lot

i probably had the best regular counter aim before my intelli broke but im sure that can be achieved with any semi decent mouse

MX518. looks to heavy to play with, also isn't a USB mouse faster than PS/2 . although i have PS/2 myself atm

Hm, I like my wireless mouse since any wired one will not reach my computer. I never had any trouble using ANY kind of mouse anyway. Just depends on you and your settings.

If you're willing to spend the money, the Adder will be the best choice.

wireless can get u screwed with aim sometimes because it can lose connection for 0.5sec D:
