No, thats what a point blank is. A shot at point blank range, as in shooting at the point thats right in front of you. You can get the same effect with a small distance with some shotguns and SMG's though as long as all the bullets hit.

Hmm,
How about far shots of Shotguns?
My friend showed me his shot from a far distance.
The palletes didn't separate far.
It was quite near.
And it wasn't a lucky one.
He did many times.
Can u explain?

How to point blank shoot somebody:

Hit them with all pellets.

I have my doubts to your friend doing a perfect long-range PB. There's a guide with some fancy words about not spreading your pellets in the bounty stockpile. You learn most of that stuff naturally anyway... Practise aiming and you'll be able to do long-range "PB's".

He was probably using a higher level shotgun? Same dmg done with less pellets hitting.

Are you refering to AyraZepher's thing?

Point Blank requires every single pellet to hit, not just most.

absolutely YES.

If you are female, ask a person to stand on your front left. Both jump at the same time, and you do a ss without dash while looking forward.

Okay the hole point of "Point Blank" is to make all the bullets from your shot gun hit the person and do massive amount of damage, but if you don't use a shotgun and you use a Rev, or rockets, then that would meen that your shot hits dead on. Pretty much unless you are just an AMAZING player then PBing is going to be hard due to Lag, N stepers, and them not useing the same conection as you.

Yeah I've seen guides supposedly saying "Males have less spread than females" but more or less it was lucky spread.
