2. if ur used to female its prolly better to stay and use it... though looking 100% techinical a male is better for dstyling since they can yoyo with all weapons. 3. get someone to teach ya Quote:
i jsd/quickswitch with my female for shotties, but i do think yoyo is better. especially when half/quartering the yoyo | ||

| Gunzfactorian Soldier | females have some unique advantages: -in terms of height they are smaller -when they lunge they have more frames of invincibility allowing you to lunge as you get massived and you will never get hit -the movements and animations are slightly different however they also have a unique disadvantage: -they cannot yoyo with a shotgun or machine gun So, given the choice, I would choose a male because I prefer shotgun/shotgun and rely too much upon yoyo to just throw it out the window. But I will use females sometimes because it is fun to switch it up sometimes, just like I k-style with my male character sometimes instead of my usual female. You need to decide which one, traditionally Male characters D-style and Female characters K-style, but if you are a rebel play with a female (you have Skyzinha to look up too!) |

| Gunzfactorian Patriot | Didn't someone find a way to yoyo with female and shotguns by using the MRB recently? I may be wrong. EDIT: I looked it up, there was a thread on it a while back...althought the person comes over like a 5 year old, no one flamed him/her saying that this didn't work. It's worth a try. Heres the link: I Found A New D_styler Move Even Cuz Im K-style Lol! Can't say more than whats been said, if you rely on yoyo or want to use it with shotguns or MG's then the male character is your obvious choice. If not, use the female and try to get used to blinkstep, although you won't be able to quarter yoyo etc. There is also no reason not to use both characters. | Gunzfactorian | sometimes its just better to learn on your own and watch how other people use dstyle moves; that's mostly how I learned. The thing I hate about most teachers/students is that they just don't pay attention enough. If you're a student of dstyle practice, practice, pratice. If you're a teacher make sure they practice and teach in any way that your students will understand. (Even if you have to draw them flashcards...if you're desperate enough.) v_v |
