(not exactly default key but the only key i changed is block to "E")

Note: In 1st person view mode You can't see animation locks all u see are perfect bf's

People can do it with macros, WITHOUT speedhax and stuff.

If it can be done on macros without speedhax, it basically means it's possible, but you have to either time it, spam it or just do some crazy stuff that helps you concentrate.
