Practise, or convince yourself RSS and K-style is stupid, convert to D-style and then start worshipping D-styling "gods" like 95% of the inhabitants of this forum has already done.

Play around with R, you have to time it perfectly with shot and right after that - dash!

Dont rss. Makes you want to spam more. Just aim. 15 rss spams in a row<5 aimed shots

Practicing RS would help with any reload moves greatly. If you've got reload down, just make a private room and practice hitting that reload at the end of the complete move, that way you can later practice adding more dashes and more complex moves.

Lies! Play moar! It's easy to aim while SSing, only newbs do moves w/o aiming.
