Animebreaker - Free Anime From Fans For Fans - Home <-- they have some steams, but don't bother if you dont have megaupload premium.
Anime Download Resource - Direct Download Anime Episode - Free Anime Download Resource <-- same as above, but not sure about up-file. Never liked using up-file since you have to download 4 zips for each ep and has pornography ADs.

Da-Anime - Home if you're cheap and dont like downloading avi files. They have realplayer.(smaller sizes @ 70mb instead of the 150+ for avi)

Megaupload Happy Hour

This is another way to bypass the Megaupload download limit on free memberships. You must have a free Megaupload account for this to work.

1) Download and install the Megaupload Toolbar. It should be on the right side of the window on most (if not all) download pages. If not there, it will be on their home page.

2) During the hours of 8:00 pm and 2:00 am (CST) there will be an orange button on your toolbar that says "Megaupload Happy Hour." Simply click that button.

3) After you click the above mentioned button, your free Megaupload account will be transformed into a premium account for the duration of the happy hour period. You will gain all the benefits of a premium account, including unlimited downloads.

Have fun if you're cheap
