Why not add a 24/7hr chatroom support for those who really needs help? This is really good, and will improve the' wiki's beta support. WHo agrees, just add in your comments.

24/7 will provide support for those with emergency needs, eg; Technical Support? It's because this would improve the service of GunZFactor.

i had some problems with my router a few months ago, so that i couldn't play.
With a support chatroom it will help much peeps.

Some people prefer a faster service. And wheras some don't know where to find things. And, in this topic, i have another suggestion too. "Personal Enquiries", eg; FAQ... Or something like a system/mod which will find out similiar topics in tis forum for people viewing wiki whom are looking for a answer to their question, if "respond is limited", they'll be directed to GunZfactor's forums.
