About Excessive Flaming

This is really getting out of hand. Sure, it's great to post replays saying you won, but this flaming crap has got to go. I won't stand for it anymore; it's just wrong. Many users are complaining that these topics are boring, repetitive, and I happen to agree. So from now on, flaming anyone through this section = locked topic +
1st Offense = warning
2nd Offense = Flaming Users (infraction)
3rd Offense = Custom Infraction (Purposefully flaming) Points: 2 Expiration date: 30 days.
4th Offense = Ban

If you can't be mature about this, then I don't see the reason why I need to keep pretending like there's some good in you people. Also, please don't consider me ignorant for posting this: I understand how all of you feel. This is just not appropriate though. Use your head.
