Glitch or Hack? Most weird thing ive ever seen

So we started this clan war against Mafioso and this guy was like walking around in the sky claiming that he wasnt on the clan war map, which was Island, and that he was in the Mansion map playing a DM.

I know gunz has really weird glitches but this one amazes me O_O

I dont really think its hacking...
Check both replays... 1 of them is from the glitched guys view and the other from mine...

I've heard it happen with quest, but I don't know bout Clan war O_o;

It's a glitch, where people were playing Town while I saw him in my room with Factory, pretty funny to use it in cw, but cheap =D
