Can somebody tell me wtf is going on T__T

Right, watch the replay.
This happened again in a tdm today, I appeared to have killed somebody and the "Fantastic!" sign and sound came up, the guy was on the floor for a second but then he was somewhere totally different. A few seconds later i killed him again while he was healing and he appeared to be on the floor again/ dead, but i could still hear him moving and shooting and things and he must of shot me or something because I died. Can anyone tell me what this is?
In the replay, after the guy dies i see him on the floor for a second but then he appears to be tabbed out, all i can see is the dash effect he makes.

i had that in a cw, Its aglitch / Ghost mode + a great adbvantage for them.
