...Ok seriously how old is your computer? If you lag that much turn the damn settings down.

And I hope English isn't your first language.

Well you are experiencing some...how you say...LAG. Now when creating a movie remember every shot counts so if all of your shots lag it kinda shows you didn't really care. Take in consideration that there are ways to fix this. Try recording again. Change the FPS on fraps. Defrag your computer (making it run faster) Scan for viruses.
