Fraps.

What FPS should I use fraps on? Cos whatever I do it turns out laggy.

like it is in slow motion right? and the sound is all correct? just put your res at 640 by whatever and use like 60 fps. 30 if it's too laggy for 60 and make sure you have it set for full size not half
