![]() | Alright its this dumb windows movie maker. Usually when the way I do my clips is that I connect all of them when I am done recording then I upload them into Windows Movie Maker. Then Save as a movie file then upload the connected clips to Sony Vegas for editing. I already done it before but I just finished more clips and its giving me problems with saving as a movie file. ![]() What I DO know is that the problem cannot be that I moved the clips because I DID NOT MOVE ANY CLIPS! Another thing I do know is that I should have enough space. So I don't know what to do. Help needed. |

But... why the hell are you bothering with Movie Maker at all? If you have Vegas use that. Import the original and uncompressed FRAPS files for best quality and work on them as is. Then when you're done, choose your compression settings and export at whatever quality and dimensions you want. That way you can export multiple versions and at any quality without getting any generational loss (meaning, that your source files aren't at top quality and you can't go above that). |

| Moderator | Well, what I said is the more proper way to edit. I mean, you can still put together and compress the files in movie maker, but it's pointless because you can do exactly that in Vegas and compress them there if that's your desire (because uncompressed files do take a lot of space and if you lack that, then it's a good idea). Otherwise you would bring up the clips and begin doing all the editing right in Vegas until you have a finished product. It's simpler in this way in my opinion because you don't have to take that extra step and deal with other programs, etc. |

The new views look so good and the new trailer should be out this weekend. I just need to find out what kinda effects I want. I was thinking of using the song "Hero" from SpiderMan as a trailer song. You think that would be good? | |
