Need to shed 10mbs

I ran a little overboard on the total, and its 107 mb's need to at least take 10 off so I can put it on rapidshare.com, and youtube.com, I tryed other sites it didn't let me upload it, tryed windows movie maker it always freezes on me when I go to click save movie as, (I used sony vegas 6.0 to create this) I already deleted the fraps video files so I can't change anything I already put the frame res to super low and audio on 22 000kh I tryed lowering everything, the song is aprox 4:18 mins, help please
