a couple of reasons why,

cheap video card, slow connection(LAG), no steady framerate.

Well you have a low graphics card. You've also got a crap pc from my eyes that cant even play gunz my new dell computer has come im just waiting for the router w.e it is, And i hope i can connect to gunz fine. Also your just have to buy a new computer.
