Did you try opening the folder and looking for the exe.

But, when you install an icon should come onto your Desktop. o.O

"Error opening library: Default.il3"

"The library file: Emitter Libraries\Defaultil3 does not exist. A valid library file MUST be selected.

so....redownload it?
