Why is my Octi shot so blurry

i saw a Screenshot of Triple Kills in a different thread and i thought it was just blurry in game but when i saw triple kills it was clear like it was supposed to be, so heres a screenshot please tell me what i needa do.

maybe your actual computer screen is HUGE and it might be stretching the crosshair to that resolution. how big is your screen in pixel size?

no idea...im not good with computer, how do i check, and i think thats what it was cuz i was editing it with photoshop and i zoomed in/out i dont remember which and it was clear.

Because you converted it into a different image type perhaps.

hit the button that says "prt sc sys rq" and then press ctrl+v in paint. after you do that, upload the image here so i can see what pixel size it is.

his size is 800x600 zim(it says so on teh pic)
that will make images bigger and more blurry try going 2 propertys and clicking on settings.Should be th elast option.
it will show u a screen and set it 2 1024x768(anything extremely close
ur desktop should be smaller(as in images and all that)and ur octishot should be normal size

from what i know crosshairs r blurry when not centered check it

but my prev xhair i thought it was centered to then i went to open it in 1600% and check pixel by pixel wasnt center after i centered it it was ok
