Help For Full Screen Crosshairs!

I Just Made Myself A Full Screen Crosshair That Covers The HP Box And Stuff...But When I Switch To My Sword It Goes Away. Could Someone Help!?

thats cuz swords dont have crosshairs... so of course they wont ahve it... *slaps back of head*

someone said there that u can use a crosshair hack or something but didnt mantion where can i find it or how to use...
