Type 1 Cross Hair

Does anyone know if there is a Type one Cross hair that turns red when its concentrated on an enemy?

i did a type 2 crosshair in green+smaller+changes to red u can make ur own type 1 green to red xhair

I feel too uncomfortable playing with anything that doesnt look like Type 1 though...
