My first Xhair

Well this cross hair is my first, i know its really corny, and not good, and probably sux, i noe it doesnt look good, and prolly no one would use it...but i just want suggestions on what i could fix...

just save as... (prolly wont need to since you guys wont use lol btw/e)

I kind of like it, actually

I like freeform X-hairs (Crosshairs with a picture or design..not just for aiming)
I like the effects as well, but work on the aiming bit in the middle

And now that I think about it, the arrow could be used for leading :O
