ok well i use macromedia programs like freehand to make the crosshair and fireworks to save it as a .png file.im also starting to use photoshop. another program u can use is GIMP but i dont really know how to use it.

to make the background transperent check out the sticky made by me

well photoshop, gimp, macromedia flash then take a pic of it when its full screen or just use paint.

i use paint and save my files as png then use GIMP to edit them and make the backrounds transparent the hard part is coming up with ideas
