Help me with custom crosshairs plz!

Well, I downloaded 4 way octi-(somthing that I forgot) and everything went well. Until, i got into the game, pressed options, pressed misc, set the crosshair to custom, and this is where the problem occurs. Nothing shows up. Does anyone have any solution to this problem?
