Not working

Well I found a crosshair someone posted.. and put it in

C:\ijji\ENGLISH\Gunz\CUSTOM\CROSSHAIR

All the files in there... when I go to gunz I click custom but the picture is a blank =/

The picture files have something in them but nothing shows up in the game

have you tried restarting gunz?
