Custom Crosshair = Lag?

Ever since I've used custom crosshairs, I've been accused of ninja stepping or spiking. Anyone having the same problem? Or had this happen to anyone else?

Happened to me on my old/crappy computer, using a FS crosshair... but not using a regular, tiny/medium crosshair WITHOUT recoil.

As in my new laptop, the x-hairs run fine everytime.

sounds thats because your computer running slow?
i had lagged because one of my background programs was searching files (not connecting to Internet, searched offline) and my PC was slowed down (about 15fps i think) and i've been called a lagger.

when the program's finished everythings was fine again

no, Ive exterminated the xhair and i still kept lagging. anyone im just re dl'd gunz, I should be fine after.

you just might have a program in the background scanning or just running for no reason..like when u start up ur comp theres programs running in the background. if u got windows u see the toolbar thingy at the righgt hand corner of ur screen right click and exit or close the programs u dun need.
