question about full screen crosshairs

hello i want to make a custom crosshair (full screen)
but how do i know if i am not makong something over my hp and ap bar instead of around it. i first thougd of inporting a gunz screenshot and make it all over that and then later erease all the stuff i dont need. but then i cant make the x line form corner to corner to make sure my crosshair is centert.
so please help me.

what you guy's think is the best program to make crosshairs ans full screen crosshairs and why????

Best program - Photoshop

Use teh ruler tool ><

Hey man, read the stickies. It basically tells you which programs, and what to do.

One main thing about Photoshop... YOU CAN USE LAYERS! =D

So really, you don't need to erase, you just delete your "screenshot" layer. Then save it as .png
