Crosshair question

Uhhh... Just wondering, How do you make a crosshair? Does it have to be centered? What resolution or program should I use? Help please?

Many people use a program called GIMP or Photoshop. I use Macromedias Flash.

Mines real simple,what i do is Open up paint, resize the paint window to 80x80 make 2 Diagnal Lines from Corner to corner Make sure its straight and Walla!Start designing,after that i just open with Microsoft Photo Editor and transparent the White
