Lol. Pick a crosshair that suits you. Train with a dot, then when you get sick of it, find the "best" crosshair for you. That's how you get your aim hella good. I believe Gosu uses an lime-green crosshair.

You are seriously messed in the head, he did not make the movie, it was YAP! So basically, your requesting Yap's crosshair here, not Gosu's, notice they all have the same crosshair?

The crosshair in this video is Zim's dot I believe. Crosshair Index The green and the red dot. All credits to InvadorZim for the dots.
