| Gunzfactorian Soldier | First post!! Well duplicate the crosshair. Select the whole area of working space. Right click free transform, Flip horizontal. If it still the same it is half way accurate. Do everything again except press flip vertical this time. If it still looks the same then it is perfectly centered. This is for symetrical crosshairs only. It is very accurate. If your doing non symertical crosshairs. Press Ctrl+R guids should come out. Right click set to Percent. Click the guides and drage them down to 50 percent. Dot the same for the other guide. You should see two intersecting guides in blue that intersect in the very center. Now you know if your aimer is centered. Mesure the length of the whole crosshair with the guides. If the length is 70. That means that it should start from 15% to 85%. Select everything, free tranform and drag it a tiny bit. now apply it and free transform again. This way it only selects the crosshair. The little thing in the center drag by putting your mouse under it and holding. Drag it to the 50% line. Now Check if it's centered. In my example it would be from 15% to 85%. Do it again for the other width. (100-how long)/2= how long from zero it should start. This is a bad guide and terribly written. Sorry |
