Please help me on my crosshairs

I made a new crosshair. My crosshair isnt str8 how can i make it be str8? Cuae everytime i aim it shoot somewere else...lol...please haelp..i use photoshop btw ^_^

um..me and my friend noticed..u suck at xhairs apparently if you cant "center" the crosshair and...you always say "str8"
