-You should settle on a theme first. Like what kind of website your trying to make, maybe add a couple of related items in the BG. Since you are making a band site maybe put in like music sheets in the background and maybe amp plugs or drumsticks.

-Also I think you should cut out the line on the Home tab assuming that page is your home page.

- Not sure why you made the site area so small >_>. You should probably change that later.

It's semi-small but I like it, though it's a tad too stripe-ish.

or just make a plain black BG and add some killer Vector and Spatter work

works for most Rock bands O.o

and "insert name here" and "click here to enter site" and them make a plain black forum

Uhm, actually I made the band site already. This site will only contain my portfolio and contact stuff.

Band site >>> Big Deal - Allround Coverband

I'm not a big fan of the sounds, but they wanted it xD

One thing you should do to make it pro is have the background be black until about an inch from the edge of the boxes, then fade to your original background. This makes any page look like a professional site designer went at it. Another thing is to make the nav bar on the top or at least lettered horizontally if it has to be on the side.
