My First Sig- Rate / Help for future ones

Well, heres my first sig.

I think I did pretty well for the first time. But I know I need work on the text. I have no idea where to get good texts.

Anyways, rate it, and give some advice to help me for next time, thanks.

ill give you some tips :
-try to get sometinhg else than pain(or something that let you have transparent background on your font)
-Make a border it make your sig hmmm better XD
and if you get photoshop(7.0+) go to good-tutorials.com and just look around for some effects you think are nice and do them with some parctice you'll do your own effects(especially for background)
and yes thats good for 1st time, i remember my 1st avatar ... was sh!t

Lmao Did you use paint for text? Buts its too messy try changing blending layers.

it look like he took picture, cutted it and added text =) but just cut the half border at top, add your own border(1px black or something else) and add a good font ad it will look better
