New sig >_<

Had to finish it without the font >_<

I've noticed that alot of people here have a screenie of their main character with some sort of effect on it. I tried my hand at it (first sig for a month) with a "bloom" effect:

Rate 1-10 & CC. (Dont just say "1/10 OMG" and leave. Give reasons, suggestions)

You should focus more on the char's body.
Just showing the bare top is kinda... err... weird?
Overall, its nice.
