Fight For Freedom [Chapters 3-4]

FIGHT FOR FREEDOM!

Chapter 3

"RUN!" Bubba yelled and quickly ran into a tunnel on the cliff. Jack followed dashing his way trying to get out of Destro City as fast as he could. When they got to the end of the tunnel, they both jumped onto a car and ran South of Main Road. They turned out of Destro City and made their way to Dream Forest. They continued running as the sirens got louder.

Jack was really scared now running with all of his might. He heard gun shots from a far distance but continued to run with Bubba. When they got to a cliff, they jumped off and landed in a pond. They swam to the other side and ran out of the forest. They got to where the cops were and hid behind rocks and saw the other fighters dying and trying to fight the cops.

The Military was very dangerous. If you did something wrong, you will die. The Government really doesn't care about people's lives anymore. The Military is the worst thing to have on your bad side...

Bubba killed one cop but then got caught and got handcuffed. "Bubba!" Jack yelled taking out his father's Military Sword and killed 2 cops. "I'm coming for you!"

"Hold it!" a cop yelled from behind of Jack. Jack turned and saw 5 cops with guns pointing at him. Jack was screwed.

"Your coming with us, young man." one of them said.

"No, never!" Jack yelled back at them.

"Shoot him, Hyde." the officer said to another.

One of them shot Jack with a needle causing him to feel blind and dizzy. Soon enough, he dropped on the floor and fell asleep. Jack was now sleeping and couldn't try anything to escape back home.

Bubba broke through the handcuffs and tried to run into the forest again but got shot with the same needle Jack did. They both were now sleeping.

5 HOURS LATER....

Jack woke up and tried to look around to see where he was. Once he got his vision back, he saw that he was in a jail cell. Jack got up and went to the bared door. He saw Bubba still sleeping in another cell. He looked around the hallway and saw that there were 2 other people that was from the GunZ Match, but they were both sleeping. Jack kept looking to see if any guards were walking around. There wasn't any.

He sat on his bed thinking how he got there, but he coudnt remember. He kept sitting on his bed until Bubba woke up.

"Jack, is that you?" he moaned trying to see.

"Yea, Bubba you gotta close your eyes for a while. You are pretty much blind right now." Jack answered looking up at Bubba's cell.

"Where are we?" Bubba asked.

"I think Astra Prision."

"Why did we come here? Am I in a cell?"

"Yea, we got caught. Probably from the GunZ Match. But I can't remember what happened after that."

"Me, niether."

"Jack, please open your cell and walk to the Main Office for a brief talk with the Chief." a voice said on an innercon.

"Guess, I am going." Jack shrugged walking to his cell door. He pushed the door and it was opened. He walked out of the hall and managed to find the Main Office. He opened it and he saw the Chief sitting on a leather chair in front of the desk.

"You know what you did was wrong right?" the Chief asked Jack with a hard look.

"Yes, and I am really sorry, Sir." Jack answered.

"GunZ is a very stupid game, right?" the Chief then yelled.

"Yes."

"Then why did you play it anyway?!"

"For the money. My family is very poor right now."

"Your father works for the Military, correct?"

"Yes, sir."

"I told him about your acts. I am sick of your games. That is why you 4 GunZ fighters are going to have another GunZ Match."

"I don't like the sound of that."

"Of course you don't. It is a 1 vs 1 Match. Tournament Match. The winner will have their freedom back and will be able to walk out of this Prision with a clean slate."

"Why are you doing this?"

"Why are you scared that you might have to kill your friend Bubba?"

Chapter 4

Jack walked back to his cell and saw that Bubba was talking to the other fighters. Jack closed his door and sat down on his bed. He closed his eyes and tried to remember what happened, but he fell asleep due to thinking to hard. When he woke up he saw that Bubba was sitting on the floor in his cell.

"Bubba, what are you doing?" Jack asked getting up from his bed.

"Trying to get out of here so I can live another day." Bubba answered.

"Why what happened when I fell asleep?" Jack asked.

"The other fighters fought each other because the Military made a GunZ Match. The korean kid won and the other died in the Match. They want me and you to fight now and I don't want that to happen."

"Yea, I don't want that to happen either. Today's my mother's Birthday too. I need to get to her before she thinks something wrong happened."

Jack continued to talk to Bubba. Soon enough, he heard a click from Bubba's cell.

"There my cell is unlocked. Let me unlock yours before the Gaurds show up." Bubba whispered running to Jack's cell door.

Jack looked around the hall, seeing that the korean kid was gone and so was the other one. Jack began to think about where the Match was held.

"Come on, lets go." Bubba whispered opening Jack's cell door. Jack got up and followed Bubba. Not many Gaurds where around. If there was any coming, Bubba would snap their neck making their neck bone pop out through the skin.

They continued downstairs where they kept everyone's items and files. Jack and Bubba got the boxes with their names on it and got their weapons...

"Gaurds, we have 2 prisoners escaping the Prison, do not let them!" a voice on an innercom yelled. Bubba and Jack sprinted now up where they came from, killing any Gaurds in their way. Bubba was now using his guns causing lots of blood and noise. Jack knew this was a bad idea, but didn't want to say it because it was too late now.

"Lock all exits and gaurd all doors!" the innercoms yelled again. Now, they were trying all of their might to get out. Then the lights went out...

"Bubba, where are you?" Jack whispered. "Bubba, no really where are you?"

"Stop fooling around and hold still!" a voice yelled grabbing onto Jack.

"Who the hell are you?!" Jack was now fighting the person grabbing on him. He knew that he was being moved to a different place. Then the lights turned on...

"Welcome to GunTech! The Massive Killing Game Building in all of Astra!" a man in a Military uniform yelled.

"GunTech? What the hell?" Jack laughed.

"What is so funny, Maggot?!" one of the Military guys yelled.

"You guys made up GunTech trying to pose off of GunZ illegal Game."

"We made the game!" a man in a black uniform yelled from a platform.

Jack looked up, knowing it wasn't a joke anymore. He knew that man in the black uniform before. He was named Lopic, a bounty hounter that kills wanted GunZ fighters. But, in the year 2015, Lopic was captured by Astra Military.

"Lopic, I thought you were captured!" Jack yelled.

"Ah, yes. I worked for the Astra Military and I don't anymore. They captured me to cover up the story." Lopic answer Jack with a laugh.

"So, where's Bubba?" Jack asked.

"He was able escape our capture. He is probably still running in the dark looking for you."

"I need to know if he is alright, Lopic."

"Don't worry, he isn't the one you need to worry about. You are!"

"Why is that!"

"You must fight Gordi to be free on the Astra Prison."

"Who the hell is Gordi?"

"Remember the korean fellow in the jail cell? Well, you must kill him for freedom. It is the Offical Fight for Freedom for you!"

Jack looked around and saw that everyone that worked in the Military was watching. Even Jack's father was in the front row watching. He knew now he was busted.

"So Lopic, when does the match start?" Jack asked looking up at Lopic now.

"The match will begin, NOW!"
