Exclamation Anyone seen a MLOG like this?

I have tried all the fixes I have seen here and none have worked so far -- it seems as though I have the mesh problem, but I havnt seena nyone with a mlog like this...

can anyone suggest me a few things more to try?

lol if you notice its not just bitmap errors (theres about 3 besides those) -- Im having possibly the mesh problem -- I can not finish loading the game and no one seems to know why

well im gonna try dling it one more time -- then im saying the hell with gunz until they get it out of beta already unless I have a reason to reformat.

Check out this thread. Gunz Launcher Problem Fix!

It's the magic launcher. Just download the file (or update your own) and download the launcher. Follow the steps and use the launcher to get into gunz. I use it myself, and it works great!

Kickass -- this issue is regarding the mesh/interface loading problem -- not the launcher problem... last I knew Magic button was to fix torrenting when the easiest fix for torrenting is to use a REAL torrenting program since they provide the torrent for you.

Also yes quick fixes are nice, but if Guntrix and that bunch of idiots cant figure out how to fix their buggy game, then why bother. I might as well wait until a few years alter when they DO fix it.. or should I say if?

lol config.xml is a file generated when you load up the game and chage your video, or sound, or keyboard settings and saves them so you dont have to keep resetting them.

I just downlaoded their full installation package and upon runnign the game, it crashed at Loading Interface... then my firewall came up to allow so I allowed. The second time running it got to Loading Etc... and continues to crash with this mlog:

You should make sure you got the latest drivers installed for your card. Have all the recent updates for your pc. And you could be missing certain symbols (fonts/languages) in order for it to run.

I can check again for Nvidia drivers but I built this computer and I update it regularly. Gunz worked fine until I updated my driver @ eVGA and ended up with a Nvidia driver from Nvidia's website.

I have all the language packs I think are out. I have Microsoft Office, those 4 language packs, and the two options checked in Language Settings. Infact, I think I have much more languages now than I did before...

Let me try dling a new Nvidia driver but I really doubt that's it, So far best fix I can see right now is reformatting... but I'm not going to reformat just for Gunz...

PS: Yep, I have the latest driver version from Nvidia. (8.4.2.1 for a 7800GT [eVGA])

Okay well you could try unistalling the game and then deleting the registry entrys it did.

heh -- this is about reinstall # 5 and I have used regedit and deleted as far as I know all the keys -- other than some of them come up as having invalid values. (I guess you could give me a common search or a list of searches since there are a lot different results for Xtrap, Gunz, and Maiet)

That's a lot of what I think this is a registry problem but this is the only game (very few have problems like this one) that through all these steps so far that still doesn't work.

Unless you can think of anything else -- I guess I'll play Igunz when/if I reformat.. until then the un buggy jgunz and kgunz...

So did you get to the login page at all?
Or did it get to Loading Done.

Maybe your download was corrupt, how did you download Gunz?

I recommend you to download it from GunzFactor, I'll get you the links sometime soon.
