It is a lost cause. If he doesnt post so we can understand, noone should help.

by manually checking your security settings in IE you will have to go through a lot of grief, this way is easier, but this isnt the way i downloaded the files.

[in IE7] go to tools>internet options>select the "security" tab

now you can change the security settings for all the internet, but its much safer just to allow ijji to download its stuff and keep your recommended settings.

so now that you're in the security tab click the "trusted sites" [it should be a green check mark]. click the "sites" button. now add a new site and use the following

*.ijji.com

now that the site is added, set the trusted site's security level to low and click "apply."

i would restart IE and go to the ijji site again, but just mess around and do what you want. it should work now, unless IE decided it didnt like your settings and just went back to defaults like it did on me

You could do that or you could open internet explorer options and click reset. Then everything is to when you first installed it.

Nayruu's solution will work. Though, it should work right away after clicking install without having to do anything extra.

i was thinking hard what did he mean by typing insta

anywayz on topic .... yeah as they say that solution is the best and try reseting the IE

Having same issue, worked yesterday til it said install new activex... then didn't work... I don't have anything blocking it and my norton dosn't handle firewall.
