Port Fowarding

I have a Netgear WGR614v6 router.

I do not know how to Port Forward at all, so Help me step by step (images would be nice).

Rep, sex, and pie will be the reward. (I wanna play IGunZ again!!)

open the attachment and follow the instructions and also these instructions are for your type of router so no need to worry.

It says

Please enter the static ip you want to forward to:

192.168.1.(Insert numbers)

Start>run>type 'cmd' then type 'ipconfig'

Ip Address = the computer you are on; needs to be set to static.
Default Gateway = router's address.

111.111.11.1
111.111.11.102--Wants TCP/UDP ports 7700-7800 from 111.111.11.1

i tried it, it won't let you pass.

i tried making dmz, same **** wont work.
