GameGuard execute error :114

"GameGuard initialization error. Try rebooting and executing the game or close the program considered to cause a collision."

This pops up everytime i click on Start Game...
Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Anti-virus, spy-ware programs...close them. SpySweeper gets me this error even if I exit it.

hmm..I've closed my avg and tried starting it up again, but it still shows. =(

Ultimate way to solve "error 114"

There's always the search function up there... O_o
