Problem

hey , yo, i'm having a problem while i'm playing, my character is called "ThefemaleZ",i'm playing normally and suddenly my screen freeze and i get automatically out of the game, then for like 5 sec appears a sign saying " error log system" i can't understand why this happens. could u tell me? i ve tried installing the game again and creating a new acc, but every time i log in, 5 min and i get out, or less. thanks.
