Random FPS lag

It's strange since it started about a few days ago. It's also not like many others.
As others are, they stop COMPLETELY for about 5-10 seconds ebfore they could move again.
Mine however pauses for half a second/a second every 3-5 seconds. One would think its no problem but its annoying if your trying to bf or ss.

my comp is 2.8GHZ 512ram and intergrated video card.
Before you say anything, I played PERFECT with no lag in the begining with all high graphics on 1024. This started about a week of playing.

Things I've Tried-
Virus Scan- Clean
Malware/adware etc - Clean
defrag - done
restart computer - done
restart and open NO programs at all beside gunz - done
Reinstall/Restart - done
stickied threads- done

Anything I do its still the same. any solution?

look at the sticky at the top of the thread.......do the thing were you change your MB usage

i get random fps lag 2...suddenly my screen lagging badly can't see sht and i have nothing on except gunz -.- horrible

Can't be my moniter... because that makes no sense at all whatsoever.. i would've lagged with my other computer then as well. Plus, this started a few days after palying gunz. It would've happened at the start as well
