PayPal Down Something?

PayPal seens to doesnt work for me anymore, i did it once ( 4 coins left from the 100 ).
Now i try agian but white screen at the lassest page ( wrong english ).
Is there a bug / problem / offfline / w.e...

C+B having lots of trouble atm >_> ijji coins aren't coming through ... yet people get charged ... buy in big amounts = pay $40 for nothing >_>;;
