Agent not available

Hi, since I got new internet I can't play gunz anymore.. well I can log in n stuff.. and chat in the lobby, BUT! when I join a game it keeps saying " Agent not available" Like when there r 5 players in the game, the message comes up 5 times... and when i want to attack someone hes got a disconnect icon above his head.... so please HELP me out

well this is the 3th post about that prob.. i think you have A router that makes the prob.. i read and read all those things come to 1 place .. >> ROUTER << i have same prob dont know how to fix waiting till theres 1 fix
