Default would i be able to use a feather duster to get rid of the dust?

i got rid of the bigdust(it was so dusty in there my lungs almost gave out on me)

but i still see small amounts of it, would a feather duster harm the parts of the computer?

since i know that a static charge will break a computer, i do ground myself while working on it and would a feather duster be able to carry static?

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't, if you have a compressed can of air, you can do that and I'm sure that won't hurt, google it and see to make sure.

Just get a soft brush attachment on a hand vacuum. That's really all you need.
