With tweaking, yes.

I have a theory that if you assigned the second gunz.exe a different ID entirely, then it would run.

Yes it's very possible you need a multi screen emulator though....but why do you want to run 2 instances of gunz on 1 PC...oh i get it you want to swap yourself omg!!!!
