widescreen moniters res?

ya well i got a new widescreen lcd 19' moniter, i was all happy and stuff

till i got on gunz, well now my crosshair is a rectangular rather then square shape, and everyone looks fat lol, just wondering is there a way to customize the resolution?

I've a 19" LCD monitor too. Run gunz at 1280 x 1024 ^_^

well my old 21" crt is kinda old and fuzzy now, the new lcd is widescreen but gunz has to res to support it

Flat screen owns all. well everyoen uses it anyways.. well good luck experiencing. your new moniter.

actually, CRT monitors are faster, and therefor give you better fps in-game because of how it changes colors. LCD monitors use temperature to change color, and CRT uses electricity.

Why be a jerk? Anyways, I already did. Read my first post. Run the game in 1280 x 1024. Your aspect ratio is off is all. And most importantly, if you knew allt he technical stuff, why would you bother asking a question about it in a tech forum?

You probably need to auto adjust your aspect ratio. Might wanna google the name of your monitor and see what they have to say on auto adjusting it.

try this. open the xml file in ur gunz folder. change the length and width to ur monitors native screen resolution. gg?

Reselution will chagne but then table with scores, ammo/item information and stuff wont be in the right place because game counting the posiotions from 4:3 screen:/
