My BIG question(s)

Ok so i have a connection speed of 256k (dsl).

Now ive played americas army with over 20 people and there is NO lag whatsoever and I never get kicked out.

But when i play gunz with 16 people I get agent errors, people start complaining about me blah blah blah.
So what is it that causes my high ping ? Do i need to upgrade my speed? Im not downloading anything while i play and turn off my firewall.

Is it the servers in Gunz ? Do they need to work on the servers ????

O yeah and i keep my pc free of viruses,spyware, etc.

The servers on IGunz are hosted in Korea, while AA is in America, get the idea?

Oh soooo distance from servers eh??
If i had a faster connection i wouldnt lag even if the servers were in korea ?

ehh it depends. Gunz isnt server sided, its client sided (p2p). Have you seen the TDMS like USA/CANADA or SIG/PHIL/MALA? yeah proably the games you go on are full of non USA people.. or people who have slow internet.
