she is right we need mroe info but before you do read some of the other threads in tech help i bet you find somebody who had the same problem as you and i bet therew as a solution posted that worked. of course there might not be but hey judgeing on the fact that over the last two days i have respeonded to about 15 threads were people had the same problem. i am guessing the chances of fidnding the answer on your own is pretty good.

sory i dont mean to be harsh i just am getting tired of repeating the same thing over and over when there is answers already posted lesewere.
