agent errors happen all the time search for agent errors or ask someone to post the topic about it.

Well anyway good luck and for the record yesterday went back to channel one and everyone had 999 pings hmmm agent error yes when you're walking in a room and evryone is frozen

the best advice i can give you is look at some of the other threads in the tech help section. there area ton of threads were people posted thesame problem. now i could give you the regular speach about what to do but im tired and dont feel like it. this speech and ones just like it are in the hundreds of other why cany i see anything when i get agent error threads.
